- You will work directly with the China President and the respective Management Team, and your activities will span from leading or supporting strategic projects to hands-on, content-driven supporting activities.
- You will support China President for strategic decisions by conducting ad hoc research, providing analysis, and delivering insights.
- You will plan and facilitate strategic workshops and management meetings, and make sure timely and high-quality follow ups.
- You will support China President for presentation with board and other important stakeholders.
- You will support China President for communication with internal/external important stakeholders
- You have a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Science. An MBA is a plus
- You have a proven track record in strategy or management consulting
- You bring in long-term experience in managing strategic and cross-functional projects in a large corporation, ideally within an international set-up
- You bring a strategic perspective as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Your strong analytical skills enable you to analyze complex interrelationships and to present them to executive management in a clear and efficient manner.
- You are creative and have outstanding communication and presentation skills in English as well as Mandarin.
- You use your strong interpersonal skills to develop and leverage relationships and networks across the organization.
- You enjoy working in international teams and are motivated and enthusiastic about your tasks.
