  • 1.负责项目过程管理,协助规划开发迭代、协调开发资源、跟进开发进度;;2.负责版本目标的达成与交付,推动计划的制定和执行,跟进版本发布流程;;3.负责优化项目流程,控制项目风险,确保项目团队高效协同工作;;4.负责日常项目会议的组织,如需求评审会、团队月度大会、产品复盘会等。。
    • 岗位要求
  • 1.本科及以上学历,3年以上游戏研发工作经验;;2.有较强的沟通能力,能够建立良好的合作氛围;;3.具有较强的风险管理意识,通过细致的计划和执行过程识别出项目进度的风险,并及时跟踪制定应对措施;;4.具有良好的执行力和责任心、团队合作能力、沟通能力、文档撰写能力;;5.有完整游戏研发经历、线上版本长线更新经历、技术背景者优先;;6.具有良好的英文读写能力优先。。
