- 与技术团队合作,参与大数据相关产品的开发与实现
- 带领4-6人算法团队
- 统计学,数学,数据科学等相关专业,本科及以上学历。
- 熟练掌握SQL语句,熟悉常用数据库的操作。
- 熟练掌握Python。
- 熟练掌握spark,pyspark和scala至少会一种。
- 熟练掌握数据处理和统计分析的常用方法。
- 有机器学习或数据挖掘相关项目经历。
- 熟练掌握Hadoop生态下的各种常用工具。
- 有3年以上团队管理经验。
- 至少熟悉一种深度学习框架,如pytorch或tensorflow。
- 有NLP深度学习或大模型项目经验者优先。
- 敏锐的数据观察和分析能力,及时发现和分析其中的问题并给出建议。
- 良好的沟通能力和团队精神,较强的学习能力,能承担一定的工作压力。
- 有互联网B端产品开发经验,电商数据经验者优先。
