Make the assembly Strategy and set up work time.

Create work instruction and provide technical training to operators.

Design or qualify the tools/fixture, and make sure they are in successful delivery.

Provide the idea of production layout from technical and lean side, and do the workstation qualification before mass production.

Support RD to build prototype and provide production related experience.

Execute Production Validations.

Bachelor degree in optical, electronics or mechanical engineering

Experience
Min. 3-5 years working experience as Processing Engineer in manufacturing companies in preferably international environment

Experience in designing assembly / adjustment fixtures with 2D or 3D software
