- Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- Ensure that quality, safety, health and environment issues are identified and addressed
- Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
- Advise upon the procurement of resources and manage the change control process
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team and coordinate with the client and other consultants
- Monitor and advise upon project finances and manage the flow of project information
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
- Manage and coordinate the MEP design, installation and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or related field
- Relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy desirable
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in similar role, managing major Life Science/Pharma projects
- MEP engineering qualification and/or background
- Knowledge of BIM, LEED and other sustainability standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, verbal and written

You will be a project manager representing the end user client, taking the proactive actions in managing and coordinating all stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Individual project values up to US$6m and over.
