- Support the company's digital transformation by integrating IoT technology with mechanical manufacturing, optimizing supply chain management, and enhancing equipment intelligence.
- Implement and maintain IoT systems related to mechanical equipment, leveraging real-time monitoring and data analytics to improve production efficiency and equipment utilization.
- In-depth understanding and integration of mechanical engineering principles to ensure synergy between digital systems and existing equipment, achieving seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to drive the application of IoT technology in production processes.
- Understand the company's digital needs for mechanical equipment, support to formulate strategic plans, and implement advanced IoT solutions to increase automation levels on production lines.
- Support to train team members, enhance their understanding of IoT and mechanical engineering, and foster the dissemination of a digital culture throughout the organization.
- Comply with company's ethics codes, management codes and conduct codes, etc.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in the field of digital transformation, with a profound understanding of the integration of IoT technology with mechanical engineering.
- Familiar with Industry 4.0 concepts, nice to have practical experience in the application of IoT in equipment manufacturing and related fields.
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, demonstrating the ability to effectively integrate digital systems with existing mechanical equipment.
- Deep understanding of equipment safety and compliance, ensuring the stable and reliable collaboration between digital systems and mechanical equipment.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in IoT and mechanical engineering, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to new digital technologies.
- Fluent in English (witten and oral)
