描述
Responsibilities• Implement LFP battery pack mechanical design per specific requirements
• Mechanical design for product quality, cost efficiency and manufacturability
• Select right material and analyze the tolerance stack-ups
• Create, document and release part/sub-assembly/product 2D/3D drawing
• Create BOM and manage engineering and process change request
• Actively involve discussion with potential suppliers and to clarify technical requirement
• Support mechanical verification and test activities
• Align the design with global and domestic tech centers
Background & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related majaor
• 3+ years of design experience with Li-ion battery pack design
• Know sheet metal, aluminum extruded profile and plastic design
• Technical expertise in HV LFP batteries with respect to mechanical requirements for cell integration on pack level, structural design, compensation of cell swelling, vibration and shock, material properties for HV electrical environments, temperature resistance, etc.
• Understand DFMEA concept
• Skilled at 3D design tool(PROE or CATIA)
• Fluent spoken/written English preferred
• Focus on result
