- Collect and validate the sales performance data and calculate sales incentives based on standard operation procedure on quarterly basis.
- Communicate and explain the sales incentive schemes to our commercial team, and address any queries or issues they may have.
- Collaborate with other enabling functions, such as Finance, Rewards, and legal, to ensure the smooth and accurate administration of our sales incentive schemes.
- Communicate with global support team to convey local business requirements and track the implementation of change requests in systems.
- Support the design and implement the sales incentive plans for our commercial team, based on their roles, targets, and achievements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of our sales incentive schemes, and provide insights and recommendations for improving our sales incentive schemes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, finance, or a related field .
- Less than 3 years of working experience in MNC. Relevant experience in following area is preferred (but not mandatory): incentive and compensation management(ICM), salesforce excellence(SFE), sales/commercial operations, financial planning & analysis(FP&A), or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills, and proficient in data analytical tools such as Excel and PowerBI , with the ability to consolidate, process, and interpret complex data sets and create and automate reports and dashboards.
- Good logical thinking and problem-solving mindsets, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and scenarios in a clear and concise way in both English and Mandarin.
- High attention to detail , accuracy, and quality
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, such as revenue, profit, margin, and cash flow.
- Integrity and control mindset, with the ability to adhere to ethical standards, follow internal controls, and safeguard confidential information
