Location Shanghai, China

Key Responsibility

• Design and implement novel immune and cancer cell based pathology assays to evaluate toxicology、efficacy or guiding patient enrollment, evaluate the drug binding, tumor cell targets, immune check point levels and characterize the mechanism of immune modulation effect of therapeutic leads.
• Project managing, design the study and provide guidance to the lab scientists to execute the project; Communicating and delivering the project update and reports.
• Lead a fast-growing team to support pathology projects from pre-clinical discovery to clinical trial.
• Recruit new staffs, provide training and set achievable goals for new employee.
• Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.

任职资格:

Qualifications

• Master degree in immunology, cancer biology, pharmacology or a related discipline, with more than 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Creativity and enthusiasm in developing new technologies; Previous rich experience in pathology lab is highly preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills, able to work independently and collaborate with various team
• Effective speaking, writing and communication skills in Chinese and English. Summarize data and present it to different stakeholders. Write experimental reports in English.
