Key Responsibility

Be responsible for the quality of the R&D work in the area of cell panel screening, target validation and assay development
To optimize the current assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet market demands.
Lead a team and have responsibility to manage, mentor or train senior junior scientists.
To collaborate with team members or other functional teams to ensure the timelines, deliverables, and problem solving when necessary.
Be responsible for strategy and implementation of activities, and is ultimately responsible for the quality of the work and its interpretation.
Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.

任职资格:

Qualifications

PhD degree in cell biology, molecular biology, oncology or other related disciplines.
2~3 years of academic/industry related experiences.
A strong publication record in molecular and cell biology research. Demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution in industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of cell biology, cellular signal pathways, cellular screening assays and familiar with cutting-edge technologies
Independent scientific thinking and problem solving skills.
Cross-team collaboration capability and strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
