你的工作职责
通过业务单元工程设施管理团队,领导和管理单元内英格卡工程设施管理工作的执行
负责确保每个物业设施在其整个生命周期内得到妥善管理,包括安全合规维护和改进,以确保为企业员工顾客和其他利益相关者提供安全的正常运营环境
实施相关的物业管理创新数字和技术解决方案,以满足企业和大众的需求
负责以可持续的方式优化每处物业的效率
确保员工服务提供商和外部合作伙伴及时了解工程设施管理框架指南和计划
负责业务单元内工程设施管理方面的所有长期规划预算估算执行跟进预测和报告等活动
依据对供应商合同的内部治理结构,在单位层面实施和评估供应商合同,以提高效率/降低成本/改进设备和质量
负责管理和协调单位层面的外部供应商
管理与单位内企业主的关系,通过收集要求设定年度目标和定期跟进,确保业务需求的实现
负责培养团队能力提升绩效,确保单位妥善制定继任计划
