- Ensure all the controlling processes (MBR, CF, BP, etc.) to be executed and delivered on time with high quality.
- Execute on-going KPI monitoring, deviation tracking and measures following up
- Plant product costing and Transfer Price (PPC/APC calculation and SAP master data maintain)
- Project calculation (Profitability analysis, make or buy etc.)
- Capital Expenditure Control (budget tracking, ROI analysis, etc...)
- Budgeting and controlling of plant (cost center budget, HC, etc...)
- Material/BOM variance tracking and analysis
- Inventory management support (eg: Coverage, Stocktaking, inventory adjustment process, etc...)
- Controlling process improvement and digitalization
