- 1. Manage daily activities associated with ME, Production, QA and other related department to ensure that it will meet operation needs
- 2. Provide leadership in adhering to Molex's Basic Beliefs and Vision Statement to help assure a highly motivated, well trained and self-managed talents
- 3. Drive team to achieve continuous improvement in production productivity, quality and process capability to reduce the MFG cost and improve our competitiveness
- 4. Responsible for process roadmap development which aligns with product development.
- 5. Support new project flawless launch into DG
- 6. Response for the plant and production line layout, support production line new machine and automation machine standardization
- 7. Control overall manufacturing engineering budget for areas managed
- 8. Machine spare part management, continue improvement spare part cost saving
- 9. TPM leader in plant level, continue improvement OEE, productivity by TPM
- 10. Motivate and develop departmental personnel to optimize their performance and their professional and capability growth to create a team based self-managed workforce
- 11. Ensure compliance with corporate, local policies and regulations, as well as promote PBM culture
- 1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
- 2.10 years or above manufacturing engineering experience, Familiar with PCBA process
- 3.Result – orientation, quick response
- 4.Strong process improvement/ equipment knowledge
- 5.Strong leadership and Self-motivated /taking initiative to drive the target of KPI.
- 6.Familiar with IATF 16949 / VDA6.3 and 5 tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA),
- 7.Solid Lean & six sigma knowledge such as line balance, Error proof, DOE, 5 Why
- 8.Good quality/ cost mindset & knowledge
- 9.Good communications skills both in English & Chinese
