- Set up and operate secondary processes machines as needed.
- Inspect parts visually according to quality requirement and take actions if need.
- Be responsible for parts transportation according to workflow
- Need do record on paper form or SAP system
- Clean, maintain and calibrate machines.
- Main and auxiliary material changing as needed
- Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- Minimum High school graduate
- Minimum (three) 3 years relevant working experience and strong hands-on ability.
- Previous medical or dental experience is a plus
- Knowledge of procedures and quality requirements.
- Attention to fine detail and high quality.
- No colour amblyopia and blindness
- CVA(Corrected vision acuity) 1.0 above

As we are continuing to grow our China Campus, we are looking for a secondary process operator to be based in Shanghai.

职位摘要Position Summary:
这是一个需要较强实际动手能力的职位,后道工序包括清洗,喷涂,喷砂,激光打标,阳极氧化,酸蚀,包装等工序。前期在较低生产量情况下,此岗位需要学习操作多个工序。
This is a position that requires strong hands-on ability. For the secondary process, which includes cleaning, spraying, sandblasting, laser marking, anodizing, acid etching, packaging and other processes. He/She need learn and operate multi processes at the beginning with low volume production.
Major Responsibilities of the Position:

根据质量要求目视检验产品,如有问题,需要采取相应措施。
根据工艺流程,负责工序之间产品的运输
根据需要在纸质表单或SAP系统记录相关信息
按要求清洁、维护设备

保证每天安全操作
上级指派的其它任务
Qualifications
资质要求
技术/中等职业学校学历背景
有至少三年以上相关工作经验,动手能力强。
有医疗或牙科经验者优先。

Work Environment and Physical Demands

General office environment and manufacturing environment. May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools. May require moderate lifting. Requires manual dexterity and the ability to manipulate small objects.
