- Will act as a cutting tool & tooling expert. Giving expertise (technical recommendation) and training to the production team.

- Creates & maintains the tool management software according to new SKU's / shopfloor needs.
- Creates, maintains and improves the measuring process for cutting tools on the pre-setting machine.
- Guarantees that CNC tooling equipment arrives on time and in the needed quantity to the shopfloor.
- Training CNC technician & GL CNC technician level for new tooling systems to shopfloor.
- Troubleshooting & assistance in case of CNC equipment failure.
- Act as a group leader for presetting operator level.
- Look for new cutting tool technologies.
- Continuous improvement of existing cutting tools & standardisation of cutting tools / tool holder.
- Supports Micro cut process if required.
- Follow safety instruction and keep daily safety running.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

- Minimum Technical school/ college education background
- Minimum (three) 3 years of CNC relevant working experience
- Experience with Swiss-style CNC lathes is a plus.
- Previous medical or dental experience is a plus
- 技术大专/职业院校以上学历背景。
- 有至少三年以上数控相关工作经验。
- 有瑞士式数控车床经验者优先。
- 有医疗或牙科经验者优先。
- Knowledge of procedures and quality requirements.
- Good eyesight and manual dexterity.
- Attention to fine detail and high quality.
- Good blueprint reading and precision measuring skills
- Able to read job related English, good conversational skills preferred
