What You Will Do
·设备预防维护保养计划的建立,优化及执行监督检查
·设备故障处理,保障生产顺利运行
·部门绩效指标设立,分析并带领团队持续提升绩效表现(异常停机时间,备件库存天数,维护费用)
·特种设备,环保设施点检及校验检查,确保设备运转正常,废水废气达标排放
·每月定期对工厂设施安全隐患进行识别讨论,并制定相应的整改对策,以减少工伤事故的发生
·主导或者协助其它部门对工厂EHS、合规、生产效率提升等方面进行持续的改善.
