- Responsible for change control management, including change initiation, progress tracking, internal communication, change notification follow up if applicable, to assure the whole process is implemented effectively.
- Responsible for system maintenance of ETQ reliance change control module.
- Responsible for internal coordination on bundling registration, to assure the relevant dossier is updated in a timely manner.
- Responsible for customer support including vendor questionnaire and quality agreement review.
- Responsible for monthly KPI data collection, inform relevant owner to take corrective action once the KPI doesn't meet the target.
- Responsible for collection of regulations documents to assure the external documents are managed effectively.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Major in medicine or machinery, bachelor or above, with more than 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in office software, strong English writing and communication skills.
