- Building market intelligence and help to develop marketing strategy for the Printing & Packaging business in specified partner
- Focusing and pushing the priorities for the markets & implement business plans for the segment, build up application and solution know how
- Developing the specific partner in potential and target fields
- Establishing brand positioning & competitive differentiation platforms in order to win against the competition and deliver unique benefits
- Maintaining and improving the OEM customers and key partners in own field
- Analyzing and studying the new application on the segments and competitors for long term growth
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or automation.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experiences for drives Business in Printing & Packaging industry
- Familiar the process and systems' knowledge in Printing & Packaging industry
- Strong marketing sense & sensitive to changes in market environment
- Possessing through knowledge of technical features, strengths & weaknesses of drive products
- Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to influence others
