工作职责:
1. 根据业务管理要求,专注于负责所辖业务线的中央空调设备及相关产品的销售,增加业务线范围和客户 份额;
2. 与内部团队和外部客户相关者合作,根据相关信息制定最佳方案;
3. 定期高质量地拜访客户,增进了解,建立和维护良好的客户关系,了解并挖掘客户需求, 关注客户的指 标,引导客户需求,并能基于客户的需求提供有价值的优选方案, 有效提升业务机会;
4. 负责了解客户预算制定时间和具体购买计划 和客户迫切需求,了解竞争对手方案及履约结果的优势和 短板。站在客户核心利益的 角度上,提供有价值的常规和增值方案;
5. 利用可以用的报价平台,为客户定制生成和提交建议,并在这些 客户中不断扩展产品及解决方案销售, 扩大业务产出。
6. 代表客户负责与相关运营部门,技术支持部门及各职能部门紧密合作与协调,确保实现我 们对客户的 承诺;
7. 充分掌握业务流程,完成销售业务的订单跟进、下单、实施、进程和效果监 管、开票确认收入、收款和 客户满意度追踪等全部销售工作;
8. 完成公司要求订单业绩并有效提升客户满意度;负责销售区域内业务线市场活动,完成销售指标;开拓 新市场,发展新客户;协助完成项目管理收集市场和行业信息,拜访设计院等。
要求:
1.本科以上学历;建环、制冷、暖通相关专业者优先 ;
2. 具备销售潜力,能积极主动地进行客户拜访、沟通,能通过与客户的积极沟通获得 客户的核心需求并快速与客户建立信任;至少有 3 年上中央空调设备及相关产品的销售经验;熟悉中央空调 市场者且有 5 年以上工作经验者优先。
3.具备优秀的时间和项目管理能力,能有序制定客户拜访计划和策略,通过主动高效的客户 拜访 实现项目有效推;
4. 熟悉办公软件的应用;
5. 富有团队合作精神和抗压能力.
