- Take full responsibilities for CIP business of China.
- Meet or exceed agreed CIP sales targets by sustaining the current level of business with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities to increase levels of business activity and revenue.
- Pipeline management, CRM/Sales force, and production of sales forecast. Distributor development and support.
- Solution and value selling in liaison with company experts; Management of all aspects of account, including customer sales and liaison with the Project Manager to ensure a complete solution is offered.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Chemical engineering/Business or related discipline.
- Five years' experience in technical sales/application environment in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong sales skill in both direct customer and distributor management.
- Result driven and self-motivated, team player, work independently, and good communication skills.
- Good command of English in listening, reading, and writing.
