- 推进效率向上,CT 低减,sporgire数据统计系统的开发等。
- 编制测试技术相关的技术规程。 Qualifications
- 大专以上毕业,理工科相关专业,日本留学优先。
- 熟练使用Office软件。
- 具备封装相关知识和半导体后段制造行业技术经验。
- 具有封装产线产品品质改善, 良品率改善项目经验优先。
- 了解日韩企业文化优先。
- 日语N2或同等水平,英语CET4以上者优先。
