- Drive and support M4.0 deployment both methodology and application at plant level
- At least 3 years manufacturing experience, major in Industry Engineering would be plus
- Deep understanding of Lean Sigma with solid and proven practice
- Proven leadership skills – able to influence and motivate others

- Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present complex topics in a concise manner
- Effective interpersonal skills dealing with people at various levels and in a variety of functions
