Job Description

·Lead new project with process development and machine design

·Drive innovation on new manufacturing process development, MAE and tooling improvement

·Govern key and core process standard implementation and technology leadership

·Responsible for competence development and related training

·Support technology transfer and experience sharing under IPN

·Coordinate with functions to handle the problem from process & MAE

·Work with stakeholders for automation/digitalization/BPS/IE execution

Managerial:

·Manage team performance to ensure the KPI of VS are achieved

·Mentor and coach to the team member

·Develop team competence to fit for future

•Application of planning guidelines (PGL)

•Industrial engineering /ergonomics (Basic)

•Lean mindset (P-FMEA and Control Plan 8D and problem solving etc.)
