    岗位职责:
    1、负责协助北京办公室高管处理日常行政事务,包括协调行程、安排会议、会议记录、处理文件及文件归档、翻译等

    2、协助北京办公室高管处理日常行政事务

    3、协助接待国内外来访客户、合作伙伴

    4、完成领导交办的其他工作

    职位要求:
    - 5年以上相关工作经验、本科或以上学历

    - 优秀的英语口语及写作能力

    - 责任心强,踏实可靠,品行端正,具备强大的自我驱动力、良好的抗压能力、解决问题能力以及应变能力
    - 具备良好的沟通技巧,具备良好的书面表达能力。
    - 具备良好的组织协调能力和团队合作精神。
    - 具备良好的时间管理能力,解决问题的能力、能够有效地处理的多项任务。
    - 具备良好的职业素养,保守公司机密,不得泄露公司秘密。

    - 处理突发情况及危机公关事宜,具备较强的应急处理能力。
    - 有外企工作经验优先
