    Minimum requirements:

    > A recognized qualification in engineering (ideally either Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering), Computer Science/Technology degree
    > A minimum of five years' experience in Infrastructure services management, preferably within mission critical environments
    > Ability to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin, both spoken and written
    > Knowledge of China local standards and code of practice
    > Understanding of IT systems, data center layouts, cabling systems, and IT device life cycle
    > A team player who can develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, professionals and clients
    > A sound technical base with the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with both technical and non-technical colleagues

    Skills Desired

    > A proactive person with good communication skills (experience in working with other Asia Countries is a plus)
    > Data Center experience in the Financial Services Industry
    > Data Center certifications - CDCP, CDCS, Uptime qualification
