- 负责跟进区域内大型中央空调,推进解决方案,销售大型中央空调设备,完成销售目标;维护发展渠道及总包单位等
- 负责所在区域大型中央空调机组的销售和解决方案推广;
- 建立并开拓销售渠道,配合各办事处工业垂直市场负责人做好设计院、总包及客户的推广工作,提供空调设备的选型,并根据项目项目情况做出针对性的解决方案;
- 负责标书的制作,投标方案的确定;
- 负责协助与客户方的商务、技术谈判,配合售后服务部门保证高质量服务。
- 本科及以上学历,具有较强的专业知识能力;
- 有3年以上工业类行业销售经验,有大型项目的独立操作经验;
- 对行业用户需求有深刻的理解,善于发掘客户的需求,并能结合专业知识为用户提供满意的解决方案,并有一定行业人脉资源;
- 具有很强的团队沟通和协调能力、组织和计划执行的能力;
- 具有很好的敬业精神和责任感;
- 具有一定的PPT制作能力
- 良好的沟通能力,极强的谈判能力,具有开拓精神
- 积极主动,较强的团队合作意识。
