- Make standard technical specification and requirements, fulfill the task and target set by the company, solve the problems happened in the manufacturing process and provide technical support and trouble shooting
- Responsible for the agreed engineer strategy implementation. The operational implementation is supported in close collaboration with the other departments.
- Products design, realizing the technical regulation in line with the demands of the technology and meets the satisfaction of customers in a timely, efficient, and qualified way.
- Well cooperate with other departments to rectify and identify problem related to the design promptly, and provide support to bidding and customer trouble shooting
- Fully responsible for the design specification standardization and standard working procedure in a costly and highly efficient way; Know-how transfer from afflicted company.
- Interface with Purchasing and R&D organizations to develop localization strategy and support China localization and supplier qualification program.
- Coordinate and lead engineering resource to implement the localization engineering tasks, including RFQ preparation, technical clarification, design review etc.
- Provide technical support for sales, respond to the technical questions in the manufacture process on site.
- At least 3-5 years related technical experience
- Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of power transformer engineering and applies through successful completion of assignments.
- Self-motivated with strong customer focus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong emphasis on quality of work and Siemens Energy values
- Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form in English and in Chinese and to interface within a wide range of organizations both internally and externally.
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical Engineering, electrical engineering etc.
