- Consolidate and manage staffing forecasts across KA projects.
- Work with Studio GM/Production Directors to assure staffing needs are met.
- Work with counterpart in other studios to address cross-studio staffing needs and manage cross studio projects.
- Track budgets, contracts, and invoicing and manage efficiency and margin.
- Coordinate with Division Heads to assure support and timely delivery of proposals.
- Report status and progress assuring studio and division leadership has the latest information.
- Anticipate problems and proactively suggest solutions.
- Advise on production strategies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the teams.
- Oversee and advise on client management.
- As needed, attend client calls as senior level project leadership.
- Proactively investigate opportunities to expand and deepen client and franchise penetration (in partnership with Key Account Manager for each KA). Qualifications
- Be a proactive self-starter and able to think outside the box
- Broad understanding of game workflows, platforms, and technologies.
- Equivalent of 5+ years of experience in game production or creative leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while accounting for different timelines and strict deadlines
- Extensive experience with external production/remote teams a plus
- Understand cultural styles and business approaches of different regions and be able to style switch accordingly.
- Ability to work moderate flexible hours
