- Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and pain points, provide the best possible solution, and enhance the product in the meantime.
- Work with architects and engineers to design and enhance the platform capability, and set up platform design principles and guidelines.
- Communicate platform features and capabilities to customers, services, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with other roles, such as sales, engineering, services, and the product support team, to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software company
- Strong knowledge of product management principles, practices, and techniques
- Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Prior experience as a Product Manager in a To-B environment
- Understanding software architecture is a significant advantage. This knowledge will enable you to quickly understand our platform capabilities and make accurate designs.
