- Support 'Generate MRP', 'Create PR/PO' and 'Call off' processes in collaboration with PEP SC function
- Provide GBS Material Planning services to China Foods by leveraging data and technology
- Deliver supporting services in guaranteeing material availability that procure or produce the required quantities on time both for internal purposes and for sales and distribution.
- Prepare/collect/clean, analyze and visualize raw material and packaging material fulfillment performance data and other relevant data
- Leverage SAP MRP module to conduct planning activity; and review and make sure system master data updated. Responsibilities
- Responsible for the SAP MRP run for common SKUs with stable demand
- Monitor prescheduled automatic MRP process run in SAP and perform double-check and make modifications as needed.
- Generate MRP for special SKUs in collaboration with plants' RM warehouse
- Generate PR and release PO in SAP
- Make changes to PO when necessary
- Communicate POs to suppliers
- Track acknowledgement in Supplier collaboration tool
- Evaluate risk and take proactive action plan among suppliers, plants, and BU supply planning, to make minimized impact to business.
- Communicate and manage complaints from plants with suppliers Qualifications
- Solid MRP, production planning and inventory knowledge
- Experience in FMCG Supply Chain management, Foods industry manufacturing is desired.
- SAP expertise required, especially on MRP and PO
- Good skills in Microsoft Office.
- High personal integrity and standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Customer-centric and collaborative spirit
- Good English skill in reading, writing
