- Teamwork with commercial purchasing and R&D department to select the qualified suppliers.
- Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning/PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet program metrics.
- Lead implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit until all findings closed.
- Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project (SQIP).
- Trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed.
- Collect failure costs and claim to supplier.

To ensure supplier performance meet quality, delivery and failure cost targets and continuously improved.
To ensure successful purchased material safe launch through preventive quality planning.
Roles and Responsibilities
Deal the 3rd part and customer audit.
Knowledge/Skills/Training Requirement
1. Solid knowledge in plastic material.
2. Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001/IATF16949.
