- 负责空调和水机等产品的硬件设计和评审相关工作;
- 负责电控硬件技术路线规划、PCB设计和工艺标准评定、电子元器件检验标准评定、电控硬件方案制定及评审、电控箱结构评审等;
- 推动电控硬件降本方案切换,参与电控硬件品质改善项目开展,协助企划、售后和制造问题处理;
- 负责硬件新技术方向预研及新产品专利布局;
- 与研发内外部门协同,确保团队的工作开展。
- 负责开利南海工厂硬件方案制定和评审等;
- 硬件团队18人,培养硬件工程师梯队人才,提升团队技术水平;
- 参与研发项目近100个。
- 全日制本科及以上,电子、通信、电气、自动化、测控、机电一体化等相关专业;
- 有8年及以上空调类产品设计和开发工作经验,熟悉电子生产工艺者优先;
- 有良好的沟通协调能力,有团队管理经验者优先。
