该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述: 1、负责公司销售服务渠道(6S店)整体规划与建设,制定经销商发展策略和布局方案,拓展并管理全国范围内的经销商网络。 2、建立经销商准入标准和运营规范,包括店面形象、服务流程、销售政策等,确保各经销商遵循统一的运营标准开展业务。 3、与经销商建立紧密的合作伙伴关系,定期沟通业务目标,提供培训和业务支持,提升经销商的销售能力和积极性。 4、协调售后服务网络的建设与支持,确保经销商的售后服务能力满足公司要求,为终端客户提供可靠的保障。 5、策划渠道市场活动和渠道品牌推广策略,提升公司产品在各区域市场的知名度和影响力,支持经销商开展当地营销。 6、带领营销网络团队,监控经销商销售业绩和库存周转,及时采取措施优化渠道业绩,并向管理层汇报渠道发展情况。 职位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、工商管理或相关专业。 2、10年以上渠道销售或经销商管理经验,至少3年全国渠道拓展管理经验,有汽车4S/6S店网络或大型设备经销网络建设成功经历。 3、具备战略眼光和市场拓展能力,熟悉经销商合作模式,能够根据公司战略规划高效建立渠道网络。 4、优秀的关系管理和谈判能力,能与各级经销商建立长期共赢的合作关系。 5、熟悉售后服务体系建设,对服务质量和客户满意度有高度重视。 6、能适应高频出差,抗压能力强,具备领导全国团队的组织协调能力。类似职位
