- Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail, coordinating appointments for Director of Food and Beverage and answer telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
- Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, and memorandums; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes.
- Assist in completing special projects, which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies.
- Minimum one year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.
- Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
- Requires basic computer skills for online training.
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language.
- Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively.
