- Develop and deploy HR strategy and initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives.
- Provide strategic consulting services to the business and drive strategic HR projects (e.g., new business setup, organizational transformation) by partnering with other P&O expert teams and external experts
- Conduct research and analysis to identify HR trends and best practices, and provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Connect the dots between local strategy and global HR strategy to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Coordinate the P&O ecosystem to ensure HR initiatives are integrated across functions and aligned with the broader organizational goals.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or strategy management consultancy or (HR) strategy development and execution
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self driven and highly motivated, efficient in execution
- Fluent in English. Experience working in a global organization
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff members as a plus
