    About the Position

    1) Lead new product world-class launch in China

    · Drive and lead cross functional launch team to achieve launch milestones from -15 to +12m with launch readiness preparation

    · Ensure a smooth and constructive cooperation and communication with HQ launch office and IO during launch period

    · Develop precise new product launch strategy and go to market plans ensuring that business objectives are met or exceeded

    · Execution of pre and post launch marketing activities to ensure meeting brand objectives with clear plans, objectives, goals and KPIs

    · Independently manage launch budget of responsible marketing projects with high effectiveness

    1) Independently develop new product brand strategy to achieve business objectives in short and medium term

    · Drive the development of short-term and medium-term brand plans

    · Develop impressive brand story and strategy for new product to support fast uptake in China market, with clear strategy-to-action communication and alignment

    · Contribute to the overall Insulin portfolio strategy development with insightful inputs

    · Manage brand promotion budget to ensure effectively meet business objectives and company polices

    · Approver & owner & reviewer of promotional materials

    2) Manage brand team and collaborate with different stakeholders effectively

    · Motive and develop direct reports to meet business goals/objectives and support further development

    · Follows up on the performance of direct reports, plan and implement corrective actions if necessary

    · Ensure a good communication and cooperation with cross-functional stakeholders, such as field force, medical, MAPA and commercial team etc.,

    · Actively and openly contribute to the intra and inter-team collaboration and take leadership in core functional projects if necessary

    · Maintain good relationship with national opinion leaders and key customers to ensure a deep market understanding

    The requirements

  • More than 10 years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Business analysis and project management experience
  • Product launch and team management experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English level
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of market, product knowledge and key customers
  • Demonstrate ability in solid experiences in driving marketing plan and strategies
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and collaborate cross-functional team to achieve business goals
  • Demonstrate ability to drive the implementation of marketing projects in new and innovative ways
  • Good communication skills to engaging and driving alignment with IO/global/external partners
  • About the position

  • Develop annual and long-term People Strategy and organization development plan and HC plan to realize business strategy
  • Strategic hiring and recruiting: talent searching, recruiting and on boarding
  • Design, Develop and annual review NNHK C&B policy based on NN C&B policy and HongKong industry benchmark, Reviews competitive practice and pay levels to support NNHK business
  • Foster effective communication between employee and management team and Foster effective Company communication to enhance NNHK image and attractiveness in job market
  • Responsible for the implementation of leadership development, staffing, diversity, performance management/talent development and review processes
  • Manage NNHK administration and security
  • As an important member of NNHK leadership team, proactive contribute to NNHK strategy development and business operation, ensure the people strategy and organization development plan could well support business strategy
  • Ensure Novonordisk Way and Win Culture be well communicated and implemented in the entire organization
  • Interacts with external consultants and timely updated HR policy and labor law
  • Responsible for being an active, productive and collaborative member of the NNCP HR team. Leverage resources across departments, geographies and within HR to efficiently and effectively meet client needs and drive the business
  • The Requirements

  • A minimum of 9 years of progressively increasing HR experience with at least 4 years in a HR Generalist role.
  • Demonstrated strategic ability with a passion for the business.
  • Demonstrated performance in consulting with line managers in matters relating to employee development, performance improvement and general HR related area.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate a vision and engage people in that vision.
  • Solid, working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and federal legislation related to employment practices and general HR administration.
  • Strong expertise and sensitivities in recruitment activities
  • Perform multi-tasks under pressure, result oriented and willing to get into details
  • Integrity and maintain confidentiality is a must
