- 大客户沟通与维护:负责大客户咨询服务工作,并提供技术服务。
- 销售达成:根据市场需求调整产品配方或营销策略,不断拓展销售渠道,达成销售目标,提高市场占有率和销售额的提升。
- 产品研发:调查了解行业现状,主要竞争对手产品SWOT分析,进行数据汇总,并设计/优化ADM产品。
- 技术培训:定期对技术团队进行羊营养相关培训(现场管理,方案解决,产品特性等)。
- 总部方案引进:经常与总部专家对接,把国外先进技术和方案引进到国内。
- 报告与总结:定期提交销售报告,总结销售业绩和市场情况,为企业发展提供数据支持。 岗位要求:
- 相关专业博士学历。
- 具有反刍动物营养行业的相关经验,有饲料相关工作经验者优先。
- 有一定的大客户资源,可以快速转化成销量
- 良好的客户沟通技巧和客户关系技巧。
- 适应频繁出差,不少于每月12天。
- 熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件制作PPT幻灯片。
- 较好的英文水平,可以和总部技术专家沟通

岗位综述:
聚焦中国羊产业优势区域(主要在北方),利用公司资源和自身经验,维护ADM品牌影响力,积极拓展ADM肉羊、奶羊业务(新产品及配方研发、现场技术支持、大客户销售等),通过竞品分析,新增或优化符合ADM市场定位的羊料产品(全混合颗粒料、浓缩料、预混料等),通过技术服务、销售技巧等,达成产品销售目标和市场拓展目标。
