- 1.负责海外游戏用户服务体系能力建设,包括:官网,支付商城,用户体系,权益/积分体系,社区,游戏工具等;2.策划服务内容并持续迭代,优化产品质量及用户体验,提高平台用户规模,活跃及留存;3.关注海外头部平台动向,定期梳理行业上的用户增长及商业化洞察和研究分析,并能快速沉沉方法论应用到所在业务。 岗位要求
- 1.本科及以上学历,英语能作为工作语言;2.理解海外各区域头部平台玩法、属性、用户喜好,政策等基础信息;3.对游戏行业保持敏感,具备良好的产品策划能力,能依据平台及用户特性,策划服务能力;4.具备较好的跨部门合作沟通协调的经验和能力、抗压能力强,有较强的逻镇思维能力,出色的沟通能力和团队协作能力;5.大于3年游戏或平台等相关行业工作经验。
