- Being accountable for defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the Industries of the Business Line in China
- Being accountable to deliver 4C targets for Operations: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity
- Delivering COGS savings and all other Financial performance KPIs.
- Defining and delivering the annual budgets for CapEx and OpEx expenses
- Being responsible to implement and sponsor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and all other business compliance standards and regulations across all QO functions.

As a Local Business Line Manager Cement, Battery, Data Center Automation and F&B for Process Automation Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for Commercial (sales and marketing) activities and Operations accountabilities with full accountability of running the day-to- day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost.
