- Expert knowledge of AWS cloud environment
- 4+ years working in a DevOps role (3+ for a P3)
- Experienced with monitoring tooling products like ELK, Prometheus and grafana
- Expert knowledge of Linux specifically CentOS and RHEL
- Knowledge of PHP and MYSQL
- Expereince building and deploying high traffic production environments
- Advanced skillset around automation via IaC and configuration management using Terraform, packer and ansible
- Experienced in CI/CD specifically using Jenkins
- Good communicator and able to interface with architecture, DBA and TechOps teams.
- Provide operational support to ensure the availability of business systems
- Comfortable managing/escalating risks and blockers
- Used to working in agile and Kanban methodologies
- Adhere to industry best practices on security, protecting our customer's data and business IP
- Good Knowledge of Kubernetes clusters
