Position
We are currently seeking a Product & Process Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department at CAREL China (Suzhou) .
Requirements
ORGANISATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Hierarchical relationships
· Directly report to Quality Supervisor in Carel Suzhou
· Functional report to Global quality manager
Functional relationships
· Main relationships with all departments
· HQ quality guys for P&P quality discussion
MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES
· Take charge all responsibility for Carel product and process quality
· Set up process audit system, and implement the audit, promote related person to improve the findings
· Verify product quality in production line, and highlight if found any quality risk
· New project or modified product verification on trial run
· Establish and push other department set up documents according to PPAP procedure, including FEMA, control plan, sampling feature.......
· Handling engineering change notice tracking
· Collect data of product and process, push other departments improve on it
· Handling product rework, and also cost record
· Product inspection report provided if necessary for customer or certification
· Other activities assigned by direct or functional manager
PERSONAL REQUIREMENT
Education
· University degree in engineering or related
Working experience
· Min. 3~4 years working experience in process quality management
· Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) as a plus
Skill & Knowledge
· Well known of industrial factory process, professional knowledge on SMD, PTH process
· Knowledge on product reliability scope, familiar with MTBF
· Working knowledge of process improvement and problem solving techniques like Lean, Six-sigma, 8 disciplines, structured root cause analysis process etc
· Be familiar with FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP and PPAP
· Fluent in both oral and written English
· Aggressive on promote improvements
· Communication skill with people
