- Be responsible for handling customer complaint and internal complaints, following up CA &PA ;
- Evaluate and score quality systems of new suppliers.
- Audit and coach supplier regularly, update matrix of supplier management.
- Be response for Quality performance in CCR/COPQ/NMR;
- Training and Qualify in-house QC;
- In charge of the product quality assurance and improvement in process;
- Edit and maintain quality procedure documents,
- Other work assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor degree or above of engineering or science degree;
- 3+ years of working experience in supplier quality works, printing field experience is preferred;
- Good command of speaking and writing skills in English;
- Good sense of customer service and team spirit;
- Strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Be familiar with the quality tools (SPC, MSA, 8D) and quality analysis methods.
