- Process Development: Lead the development and optimization of new product processes, including formulation, curing techniques and slitting, to meet product specifications and quality requirements.
- Process Implementation: Work closely with R&D and production teams to implement new processes into manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth transition and adherence to timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control procedures for dry film processes, including in-process inspections, testing protocols, and quality documentation.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and evaluate dry film processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality enhancement.
- Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to production teams for troubleshooting process issues, resolving equipment failures, and addressing quality concerns related to dry film processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with research and development, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment of dry film processes with overall business objectives and customer requirements.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols governing dry film processes, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate production personnel on best practices, new technologies, and process improvements related to dry film processes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of process parameters, test results, and quality metrics, preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate performance and progress.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical or related field
- 5+ years' experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with specific expertise in dry film or FCCL technology preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dry film processes, including formulation, application methods, curing techniques, and equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to coating process
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process optimization.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present technical information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good English communication capability.
