- Lead and/or support companywide projects to reduce manufacturing cost for all products offered by MSC, taking into account:Safety and work condition requirementQuality requirementOperating requirement (production needs, maintenance)Cost efficiency in investment and running cost
- Lead project implementation, development of new molding technology (mold and injection molding machines), transfer of technology between plants and improvement existing molding technologies to increase output and quality.
- Lead standardization projects of injection molding technology, process and peripheric technologies.
- Create project plans & schedules in support of manufacturing cost reduction or expansion project
- Guaranties the respect of regulatory norms and coordinates risk analysis for equipment (safety, environment, quality), in accordance with local teams and Quality Management team
- Assures communication to upper hierarchy MTI Management team
- Coordinate the local MTI team to be the relay of the MT&I Technical Platform Injection Molding Vice President for:Project achievement and Capex managementTechnical supervision and activity prioritizationTraining plan
