What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Be responsible for inputting and maintaining sales order and forecast in System, make sure demands release on time and data accurate.
  • Be responsible for dealing with customer complaint to ensure the customer problem and requirement to be solved and satisfied.
  • Be responsible for material planning according to customer forecast and order.
  • Be responsible for communicating with customer to ensure the good quality service delivered to customer and enhance the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Share responsibility with sales department to make sure customer prices and other terms are aligned with master agreements.
  • Share responsibility with production, warehouse, purchasing to reduce stock in improving inventory turns.
  • Sensitive of customer’s demands changing, conduct internal activities, and arrange shipment accordingly, keep high standard on time delivery KPI, to make customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring on invoices with Finance department.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

  • The Experience You Will Bring

    Requirements:

  • College degree or above.
  • More than 3 years’ work experience. Minimum 1 year of CSR.
  • Excellent communication skill in Chinese & English, oral English is also required.
  • Can work under high pressures, with acute view and be aggressive.
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, good planning and execution ability.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, esp. Word, Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within teams.
  • High integrity and sense of confidentiality.

  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Experience of SAP system.
