客户服务中心查勘定损岗(J14396)

1. 负责本级出险案件的查勘定损,负责辖区内出险案件的代查勘工作。2. 负责现场施救和其它服务项目的实施,处理客户反馈的有关查勘定损意见。
3. 提出聘请公估人员或其他技术人员协助定损的建议,报批准后组织实施。
4. 接到查勘定损通知后,负责组织客户、其他有关人员,按公司规定和业务流程进行现场查勘,确保准确、合理、快速地核定保险事故的损失。
5. 全程负责接手的赔案,包括查勘定损、重大案件的调查取证,客户信息及单证的收集、整理、审核查勘定损资料,并及时移交。
6. 负责对接手出险客户的安抚、接待、服务工作。
7. 完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、30岁以下,本科及以上学历,理、工、医或刑侦、法律、保险类专业(非以上专业请勿投递简历)。2、退伍军人可放宽至大专及以上学历,退伍时间不超一年。
2、驾驶技术熟练,无从事汽车类企业、其他保险主体、保险代理、保险公估服务工作经验(实习除外)。毕业后待业时间不超过半年。
