We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
lTo lead digital lending product in terms of customer journey and IT system functionality. With more program partners on-boarded and more comprehensive product features integrated, this role will manage them in a holistic and efficient way.
lTo drive business growth. This role will design product feature, customer journey and do P&L analysis, along with program partner. This role will also take charge of the whole life cycle of the program, including due diligence, program governance and post-launch monitoring & enhancement. During the program management, this role will drive to talk with all related parties, including partner, stakeholders and risk stewards.
RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
lBachelor's degree at least
l6 years working experience at least, with lending product experience of 3 years at least
lFamiliar with financial P&L analysis of a lending product
lFamiliar with personal digital lending product in China market
lFamiliar with local regulation on personal loan and especially digital lending
lHands-on in system functionality design and communication with IT team
lFluent English communication and written skill
lStrong presentation skill
lTarget-oriented working style
