- Regular review the field quality performance and define improvement actions when there is a gap
- Align the way of working with other functions such as customer care/call center, Marketing, R&D, Development Quality, Supply Quality, PMO
- Manage the communication content and flow for regular field quality performance and key incidents
- Drive the implementation of key quality tools such as 8D, 2X5XWhy, FMEA and risk assessment
- Bachelor Degree orhigher
- Experience: engineering, quality or customerservice;
- Good understanding of light sources & electronics circuit and itsapplication
- Good technical analyzing problem solvingskills
