Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements for digital projects, including Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Store operation, Logistics.
Gather digital project requirement from business functions, analyze and evaluate business values of digital project and report to manager.
Align with business stakeholder regarding project vision; gather and validate business requirements using various tools and techniques, define business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, output detailed digital solutions and prioritize based on value.
Identify all viable implementation options for the solution, analyze options based on various dimensions and then prioritize, report to line manager for option ranking, assist in selecting feasible implementation options.
Participate in project planning and estimation, providing input on scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
Support the implementation of solutions, ensure delivered solution is able to solve problems and bring values for end users, providing training and support to end-users.
Continuously monitor and analyze system performance and user feedback, identifying areas for further optimization and improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
At least 2 years experience in a similar position focus on retail industry.
Have a great understanding of retail industry, knowledge and experience across E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Store Sales & Operation, Merchandising & Supply Chain, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, great ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Fluent oral and written English skills. Great Business Acumen.
Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Great sense of project management.
Proficiency in business analysis tools.
