    Job Description

    :
  • Be accountable for developing annual retail launch plans to support all related functions.
  • Maintain communication and information / updates from Group to bridge the download to teammates.
  • Drive NPD distribution strategy with cross function and provide strategic guidance and operational consulting to ensure smooth landing of all NPD and campaigns.
  • Oversees overall retail resources planning for offline retail stores, allocate resource to support critical business partners and landlord.
  • Lead all offline events from creative concept formation, event planning to drafting proposals for related stakeholders' debrief.
  • In charge of budget control and related third-party communication & management: from conducting creative briefing, coaching junior teammates as well as agencies on event preparation and execution, to oversee and monitor project status and roll-out.
  • Responsible for Personal Care and Wearable PU NPD landing in all channel from launch localization and landing.
  • Monitor and evaluate NPD Implementation progress with internal & external partners
  • PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

    A Person could handle multi-task management with strong ownership & teamwork awareness

    Candidates will demonstrate:

  • Balance operation details focus and systematic solution mind-set.
  • Good Communication skill with different levels of consumers & internal
  • Good project management skill
  • Numerate, analytical thinking with great attention to detail
  • Effective communication both in English and Chinese
  • Experience in Beauty Industry as a plus
